Piiroja rallycross track and its complex is developed by Põltsamaa Tehnikaspordiklubi (Põltsamaa Technique Sports Club).
The club has organized Estonian championship in rallycorss since 2008. They also organize Superkross competitions, ice road competitions and started the event Piiroja Külasprint.
